Good quality product, easy to put on, waterproof. Loved it so much that I ordered a 2nd one for my smaller dog. Very pleased with customer service response also (I ordered the wrong size 1st time & had to reorder).

Sadly the first coat I ordered was too small for my Clarabelle, even though I felt I'd followed the size chart. After having left my first review your company representative reached out to me with a replacement solution. I followed their suggestion to donate the too small coat, which I did. I live in a wonderful Subsidized apartment community with several small dogs. Tiny Chewawa Fawn was the lucky recipient. Oh, Clarabelle loves the corrected size replacement, thank you.
This is a great options. We got it for our active 15 year old cockapoo who has areas where her fur has fallen off. This cushions and protects her delicate skin perfectly. It washes well too!
