We were sorry we bought it. First it's way too big. Her measurements were right on the line so we sized up like suggested. On the 3rd walk the harness started coming apart from the metal ring so we had to duck tape it back together. Also, where the 2 layers meet, the stitching is coming apart. While the outside of the coat is dry, the inside gets wet. We started using a sweater under her old dog harness vest instead of this jacket. We're so glad we paid the sale price for it.
