Sadly the first coat I ordered was too small for my Clarabelle, even though I felt I'd followed the size chart. After having left my first review your company representative reached out to me with a replacement solution. I followed their suggestion to donate the too small coat, which I did. I live in a wonderful Subsidized apartment community with several small dogs. Tiny Chewawa Fawn was the lucky recipient. Oh, Clarabelle loves the corrected size replacement, thank you.
